Can't believe it's already Friday which means we are here already for 1 week!!! It feels we are already here for weeks, which is meant to be positive in any way. It's always great to be here and the support we are getting from the whole team is increadible. Day is always packed with informations and learning. Looking forward to solve all the puzzles we get here. We get a clear picture of what the result has to look like and get enough informations to be able to solve the puzzle. Puzzle by puzzle with lots of lick-and-chew time needed.
Unfortunately Dennis and the team in the kitchen is doing a too good job. Lunch and dinner is always yummy. Everybody here is very supportive, mentioning Marylou, helping out to get some print-outs.

We did some simulations in the morning. Later-on we had a demo how a 1st Liberty session set-up would look like. Very interesting from a teaching  and horsemanship point of view.

Next Monday a 2-week L3/L4 course will start. We are lucky to be involved in the course by observing and supporting. Our support will start on Monday when students and their horses will arrive. Some of us do the welcome, others the check-in, temping horses, unload the truck, settle horse and tack. It will be great learning experience and very intense and lots of fun.

We were set-up for success by Nita-Jo and Kristi to present part of our 2 focus stations today. For those who had the chance to present, we got some really helpful comments from leading and fellow instructors to improve: "good better best, never let it rest. Get your good better and your better best". During our horsemanship time we had the chance to prepare our horses for the focus stations.

Tonight we were all busy to set-up in groups the 2 day courses per Level. It was fun! Some really good tee(am)-time ;-) together.
