Friday we had a demo about rein positions to relaxation (Steady rein, Relaxing rein, Partial disengagement, Full disengagment). Tes did really nice, especially as this rein positions help her a lot to find impulsion.
What a cool weekend. We started with a perfect breakfast at the Colorado Cafe. Saturday was set-up for the open house including Parelli games. Plan was to participate with my lease horse Tes, we had such a nice prep that I decided not to particpate as she did just perfect. We found a good moment to stop. She had fun in the pond and started to roll. She is kind of big seahorse....
It was fun, watching the different stations: On line, Freestyle and Liberty. Lots of fun going on. In the evening Nita-Jo, Kristi, Ann and the 3-star candidates met for dinner. It was really nice to get together outside the ranch. Dinner was very good and after the dinner some of us went to "At the rocks", the Pub Bill Thacker owns to have some fun. It was very funny and we met some of the Externs as well. Tim Sullivan played this night. Sunday, Nita-Jo supported especially Heather and Tammy for their Level 4. We were watching them and learned a lot. At the end of the session we all went for a nice relaxing trail ride on "sneaky snake". Back to the condo, Elena and me headed out to play Mini golf again. It was fun and this time, Elena won. I had to offer her a Cocktail so we had a PiƱa Colada and Chi Chi.
Elena and me are still working on the project: Hopping-on-seatbuilders. Gets better and better. We took care of our horses before we went to dinner at "Boss Hoggs" to have a yummy steak. As it was fathers day, it was quiet crowded.

Due to some relaxing and fun time over the weekend we are looking forward to the next week of the L3/ L4 course.
